I even gave up searching for one that was a good fit for me, but somehow, I connected to Heather and am so thankful. Heather is an the most amazing therapist that I have ever worked with. She understands what I’m going through so well now that I don’t need to explain myself because she just understands me. I’m so happy to have found her. I have more confidence that I can overcome my Panic attacks. Thank you, Heather!”
“Heather has been very responsive to me and is always willing to lend a hand while guiding you. I’ve found working with Heather to be helpful and useful. She has given me both practical advice as well as helping me to better understand my personality and myself and how those manifests into my actions. I can’t believe I had so much to learn! I really appreciate her newsletters, worksheets and reading recommendations which has helped me keep learning and reflecting between sessions. On top of that, Heather is a really truly caring and a very supportive therapist which I really appreciate. “

“Heather was my Mom’s therapist for over 5 years. Mom never wanted to talk to a therapist. She didn’t feel she needed professional help. Heather made her so comfortable it was like she was a friend and confidant. As Mom’s dementia got worse, they would play memory gams and Mom would look forward to those sessions and so did I. I can’t say enough. The impact that she has had on our lives, getting the family through Mom’s long battle with Alzheimers and offered the entire family support during the very painful process of losing Mom. She truly is an amazing clinician.
